Free tracked UK delivery

Every Unbent order ships free to the United Kingdom, with tracking.

Delivery times

• We prepare your order in 1–3 working days.
• Delivery to the UK usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) it can take a few days longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Customs and import charges

Your order is sent with duties paid. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when it arrives.

Delivery address

Please check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us at contacto@klintsu.es as soon as possible: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change it for free.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send you a new Unbent or refund you.
